This is just a piece of a very large image, which covered a sealed-off window. Barcelona, especially the old city center, is full of such spaces, and most of them are filled with images, one on top of the other, so every time I go back I’m sure to be surprised. This mix of symbols and line drawings was special because I think it was all a part of the same piece. Either that or what has been added over time matches very well with the original work. There’s obviously a bit of symbolism at work here. What do you think it’s saying?
